By accessing the Wayfolio website, joining the waitlist, or using Wayfolio products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website, waitlist, or service.

Wayfolio helps people save, organize, map, and share places such as restaurants, cafes, hidden spots, trip ideas, and recommendations from friends.

The product may include waitlist access, account features, saved place lists, map views, collaboration features, and integrations with third-party services.

Some features may require an account or invite. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity that happens under your account.

We may limit, suspend, or remove access if we believe an account is being misused or creates risk for the service or other users.

When you join the waitlist, you agree that Wayfolio may contact you about product access, launch updates, and related service information.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails where an unsubscribe option is provided. Service-related messages may still be sent when needed for account or access reasons.

You may add places, notes, links, photos, list names, comments, or other content to Wayfolio. You keep ownership of content you submit.

You grant Wayfolio permission to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide and improve the service.

Wayfolio may use maps, search providers, analytics tools, email tools, and other third-party services to operate product features.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Wayfolio is not responsible for services it does not control.

You agree not to misuse Wayfolio or interfere with other users, third-party services, or the operation of the product.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without permission.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service except where allowed by law.
• Do not upload content that violates the rights or privacy of another person.

Wayfolio may be offered as a beta, preview, waitlist, or early-access product. Features may change, break, or be removed while the product is being built.

We may update, pause, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Wayfolio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that every place, rating, map result, recommendation, or third-party detail will be accurate, complete, or available.

You are responsible for checking opening hours, safety, accessibility, pricing, and other important details before visiting a place.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wayfolio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above or provide another reasonable notice.

Your continued use of Wayfolio after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
